Please note that you will only be interviewed if all of your documents have been submitted. Your video interview must be attended on the day and time that you have scheduled. Steps to Employment:

  • Possess a  High School Diploma or GED

  • Possess a Spotless Criminal Record

  • Complete an Application Packet

  • Complete Preliminary Video Interview

  • Attend Online Orientation

  • Complete Required Training Sessions

  • Interview with Local Directors

  • Work in Licensed Programs

Once you are Employed:

  • Receive free online self-paced training for 6 months through Well Able Training Service

  • Obtain Professional Coaching for 6 months
