Download and fill out the packet below, and send with your resume and completed results of a Criminal Background Check from a local Police Department to achildsgift@gmail.com. Once submitted one of our Team Members will contact you to continue your process.

Steps to Employment:

  • Possess a  High School Diploma or GED

  • Possess a Spotless Criminal Record

  • Complete an Application Packet

  • Complete Preliminary Video Interview

  • Attend Online Orientation

  • Complete Required Training Sessions

  • Interview with Local Directors

  • Work in Licensed Programs

Once you are Employed:

  • Receive free online self-paced training for 6 months through Well Able Training Service

  • Obtain Professional Coaching for 6 months
